Getting laid is something that people obsess over, and not just men. Despite what we were told growing up by abstinence-peddling gym teachers and reruns of Leave It to Beaver, women think about sex just as much as men do. Hell, sometimes more.
As much as we were fed the whole “girls don’t like sex” myth as horny teens, we know better now. But here’s the part that still doesn’t add up: if we all want sex, why does it feel like pulling teeth to get to it? Why do so many women expect the full courtship parade before getting down and dirty? You’ve got to wine ’em, dine ’em and make chitchat over pricey appetizers and cocktails, all for a shot at seeing her sans pants.
That’s probably why guys tend to wonder if directly asking a woman “wanna fuck?” is ever effective. Is it possible for a man to simply lay his intentions on the line and be affably received?
