Usually when the topic of tanning a person’s hide comes up, it means that someone is probably gonna get clobbered. Such was not the case with the April ’88 pictorial “Mona: Baked to Perfection”—though we’re sure the photos led to plenty of beating nonetheless.
Shot by photographer James Baes, the layout served up a crotch-swelling examination of sun worshiper Mona, a gal who was bursting with pride about her all-over tan.
“I challenge you to find a spot on me that isn’t tan,” Mona dared readers, who surely delighted in the opportunity to pore over her sumptuous, sun-kissed flesh in aching detail. “Go ahead—take your time.”
