Stuck in a sexual dry spell that seems like it will never end? You’re not alone. Luckily, we have some advice on getting back in action.
Everyone goes through a dry spell from time to time. Sex is one of those things that the whole of humanity, chock full of raging hormones, is genetically programmed to engage in, even enjoy, yet there are plenty of you poor bastards spending countless nights alone playing with yourselves. (Hey, at least you’ve got that!) Men arguably have it worse in the forced celibacy department than women. Most women who are seeking a flesh-on-flesh connection merely have to step outside and announce it, and someone, albeit maybe not the most striking candidate, will come a-running.
As for men, they’ve got to put a little more work into it than that. Guys need game.
Unfortunately, they don’t appear to have much of that these days. Maybe that’s the reason the sex scientists at Indiana University have discovered that around one in three men in the United States between the ages of 18 and 24 haven’t been laid in the past 12 months. Yikes! A year sans snatch? We’ve got to tell ya, that’s a significant drought for a demographic that’s traditionally been known to wear their peckers out pounding everything that moves. “Man, when I was that age, that’s all we did is chase tail,” Denis, a 45-year-old from Tomball, Texas, tells HUSTLERMagazine.com. “We got it a lot less than we didn’t, but we were always out chasing it.”
So, what gives?
Although researchers can’t quite pinpoint why so many young men are in sexual decline—some blame the isolation of the pandemic, while others point to porn consumption—there’s speculation that the guys most afflicted are men with no money, jobs or prospects. These dudes are presumably too busy getting stoned and playing video games to leave the house, or they lack the basic social skills needed to secure a woman’s attention.
