HUSTLERMagazine.com: Without going into too much detail, what does your average workout consist of?
Jason Leescott: My average workout consists of specific days to target individual muscle groups, two times per muscle each week! A regular day would consist of upper body (chest and triceps, biceps); the next day would consist of lower body (quads, hamstrings, calves). I alternate days and switch up what body parts are targeted in those specific days!
What is your favorite body part to work out, and which are you most proud of?
