“I’m kind of obsessed with still-life works. I think about objects and objectification a lot.” Mz. Kim says of her creative inspiration. She doesn’t limit her artistic expression to just one medium, either; this woman is a well-rounded dynamo. “I create oil paintings, I make photographs, I play music, and I create space for my pets and subs to play,” Mz. Kim reveals. “I’m new to painting; I use different techniques as both a practice and a meditation.”
To hear Mz. Kim tell it, creating art holds a similar appeal for her as her sexual endeavors do. “A need. A desire. To put beauty into the world. To learn a certain discipline. They’re the same reasons why I am a Dominatrix,” she says of the factors that drew her to creativity. “I think of it all as being connected.”
