In July 1976, America was very much occupied with commemorating the birth of the nation with its Bicentennial celebration. As it turns out, America’s Magazine was giving birth to something pretty special at the same time.
The July ’76 HUSTLER, in addition to being the publication’s Second Anniversary issue, also marked the debut of the amateur photo contest Beaver Hunt, which would go on to become one of HUSTLER’s most iconic sections.
