HUSTLERMagazine.com: You’re a DIY queen! When did you start taking renovations into your own hands?
Dahlia Dee: I spent a lot of years renting in Toronto, Canada—and anyone who’s rented in a big city knows that landlords aren’t always the most responsive, let alone helpful! I quickly learned that a lot of household issues can be solved yourself with the right materials and YouTube videos, and ended up doing a great job fixing a lot of things on my own rather than waiting on my landlord. From there, a love of all things DIY was born!
You’ve been slowly renovating your house. What is that process like?
It’s absolutely insane and crazy, and so much hard work—and I wouldn’t trade a moment of it for the world. I actually moved completely across the country for this house and, although it has good bones, it pretty much needs to be entirely redone cosmetically. I’m just taking things room by room, and using the proceeds from camming and content to fund the tools and supplies needed. Between sex work and house work, I’m creating around the clock and I’m absolutely in heaven doing it.
