“I’ve always dreamed about being naked in a magazine,” admits Alexis, 21, a “fun, excited, pumped” denizen of Painesville, Ohio. “I was diagnosed with AVN [avascular necrosis] six years ago and lost my speech and right side. I am now walking and talking, but the use of my right hand has not come back. I feel that I be come happier and stronger when I pose for pictures.” The 5-foot-4 country-music and Instagram fan (@Judizzale) has certainly overcome adversity. “My hobbies are working out, mudding, fishing, four-wheeling and anything redneck,” Alexis relates. “I even found a job at the most redneck place ever—a tractor supply!” But when it comes to hanky-panky, she’s up for more than necking: “I love doggy!” Alexis, whose most unforgettable tryst took place on a Lake Erie beach, has an inkling to be an even dirtier gal: “I want to have sex in a mud puddle.”
