You may not know her name or her face, but you have seen Shelley Michelle’s body of work in numerous TV shows and films. Literally. Most famously in Pretty Woman, where the platinum-blond bombshell served as body double for Julia Roberts. Known internationally as the world’s most famous body double, Shelley has doubled for everyone from Kim Basinger to Catherine Oxenberg to Sharon Stone (almost).
We sat down for this exclusive interview with Shelley at the Hollywood Show at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport hotel to discuss taking it off and stepping in for the stars, entertaining the troops as Marilyn Monroe and her lipstick line.
HUSTLERMagazine.com: You posed naked for Playboy multiple times?
Shelley Michelle: I started in 1991. Then I made the celebrity pictorial in 1992. I was even on the cover of the German edition.
Why did you never pose for HUSTLER?
Because, (laughs), even though I have some risqué pictures out there, I was never ready to show the inside of my beautiful bush.
