The tale of Nadya “Octomom” Suleman—the California single mother whose in vitro fertilization treatments resulted in her birthing eight babies in one litter in January 2009—has provoked a range of responses. Many were shocked to learn that Suleman already had six kids, each conceived through an IVF procedure. Some were upset that Suleman was unemployed and taking public assistance, while others channeled their anger toward the doctor who implanted such an impractical number of embryos into her womb. But a sizable segment of the population was preoccupied with one question: What does Octomom look like naked?
