Pleasure Principle

Sigmund Freud introduced his pleasure principle in the late 1800s, theorizing that people seek immediate gratification while avoiding pain. Of course, that freak also thought that men were hardwired with a sexual desire for their moms… But the pleasure principle was a psychological slam dunk, even if the ball did land in “No shit, Sigmund” territory. Pleasure Principle, the porn flick, seeks to unload all sorts of gratification in the viewer’s lap, though that gratification isn’t always instant. This is an artfully presented, tastefully lensed offering that rewards keen aesthetic sensibilities and patient hard-ons. Compact, exotic vixen Alexis Tae strips out of her evening gown and opera gloves before sitting down at the piano and playing a dainty little ditty. It’s a fine bit of music appreciation, though hardly the stuff that pants-shredding erections are made of. Luckily, before too long, Tae stops tickling the ivories and performs a fierce skin-flute solo on Zac Wild’s prick. (Consider yourself the Ian Anderson of blowjobs, Alexis!) Wild, likewise, pounds out a savage rhythm on Tae’s ass while hammering her from behind. A scene featuring Alina Lopez is graced with sharp production values—how often do you get a full-blown pop song with lyrics in a skin flick these days?—and an exceptional performance from brunet beauty Lopez that includes a passionate standing fuck and a smattering of footjob action tossed in for kinky flair. Tight-bodied blonde Delilah Day is likewise rousing as a babysitter who demonstrates her jill-off routine to her client before fucking him. This Pleasure Principle is worth adhering to. —P.D.R.
