Regular readers of Bits & Pieces will know how preoccupied we are with porn. Not just the consumption thereof, but the space that it occupies, in our homes, in our hearts—but mostly in our homes, because sooner or later, one way or the other, it’s gotta go.
If you’re strictly a streamer, then great—your experience is out there in the ether. However, for many, porn is something you hold in your hands; it’s something you collect, categorize and build into little shrines. But “things” are fleeting; maybe you’re having kids and need to get it out of the house or you’re moving into a smaller unit and simply don’t have the space. And when this happens, we’re faced with the inevitable: Is my only option to throw it away?
