Cat dads are having a moment. Maybe it’s a byproduct of the current obsession with zaddies (e.g., Pedro Pascal), but however you slice it, apparently we cannot get enough of men who love and dote on their little fur babies. And where are all of those purr-fect dads hiding? According to a recent survey (Nielsen via The Seattle Times), they’re concentrated in the Pacific Northwest, with Portland (31.1%) and Seattle (23.5%) taking the top two spots respectively. Dead last: Miami, with a paltry 11.2%. Could it be the climate? A mass cat exodus in response to Florida’s new permitless carry law? Clearly, further research is required.
So we know where they are, but what makes a great cat dad? Since we have yet to establish a common language with the feline species, HUSTLER reached out to a kitty of the human persuasion—pet play enthusiast Trinity Katze. Trinity’s fetish involves role-play and just a touch of cosplay as she inhabits the persona of a frisky little catgirl who craves Master’s devotion and discipline. Here Trinity outlines the qualities of a kinky cat daddy and how to best connect with a sexy little pet. (Smooth transition…right?)
1. Be a kink connoisseur: “First and foremost, a good cat dad is someone who understands how the fetish and lifestyle works. Regardless of your kink, when you are looking for the ideal partner, someone who is a good communicator and understands boundaries is hot. If they can’t do either, then there can be no fun.”
