When considering art and the appreciation thereof, the only constant is its complete subjectivity. Great art is great because it inspires awe in your soul.
But even the most cynical critic would be hard-pressed to deny the objective perfection of certain undeniable masterpieces: Michelangelo’s painting on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, Gaudi’s whimsical curves and Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey.
As to the latter, we were tickled pink to discover a porn parody of yore that tackles Kubrick’s magnum opus, albeit with slightly less gravitas.
