The city is Philadelphia, and the poster is not for any social-distancing garage sale or lost cat. Rather, it’s a rallying cry for COVID-iots staring down the barrel of an epic dry spell, advertising nothing short of a full-blown Avengers-themed orgy—and they even registered a Gmail account to handle RSVPs.
