If there’s one true thing that can be said about porn stars all over the world, it’s that they put some weird stuff into their mouths. To us Americans—who generally don’t know much about other countries or give a shit as to what people do there—the national dishes enjoyed by foreign-born adult-industry performers can seem even weirder. But it’s good to know about other cultures and other table fare, so we channeled Anthony Bourdain and, once armed with questions, we asked your favorite porn stars about what’s cooking in their native kitchens. HUSTLERMagazine.com: What can you tell Americans about natto, or, for those unfamiliar with it, fermented soybeans typically eaten for breakfast?

Marica Hase: Natto’s really tasty but I know you Americans hate them. Why? Natto is tasty and healthy.

When visiting Japan, what should adventurous Americans try to eat? We know about sushi and noodles, but what are the more obscure foods that Americans might be hesitant to try…but should?  

Maybe shirako or beef tongue? Shirako (pictured at top) is like roe except it’s not fish eggs. It’s fish semen or “milt.” It’s creamy and has a really rich taste. We also eat beef tongue. The most popular way to cook them is to grill them BBQ-style!
